School Readiness Coordinators and School Readiness Nurses in each school district can help you track your child's health and development needs with early learning centers, Head Start and other programs. By working with School Readiness Coordinators, you can be sure your child receives the proper immunizations, health and developmental screenings, and is ready to learn from the first day of school-and that the school is aware of their needs.
