The Boys and Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley learned the State Department of Architecture approved the building plans for a new child development center at Golden West College paving the way for construction to begin in early 2010.  The Children and Families Commission approved a loan and service agreement with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley at the November 2009 meeting.  The Commission’s one-time investment initiated this catalytic project that will increase and enhance services in the high need community within Huntington Beach and the surrounding areas.
